studio b strives to offer the highest level of customer service in the furniture and design industry. We sell only luxury brands to Toronto’s most discriminating consumers and beyond. studio b wants to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and offers a return policy outlined below.

FURNITURE ITEMS

Regular priced in stock furniture or non customized orders in its original condition may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 5 days of order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. All custom orders including custom fabric or finish are final sale. Floor models are also a final sale. Returns or exchanges made after 5 days are subject to a restocking fee. If a customer alters furniture to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to accept merchandise as a return or exchange is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be subject to a delivery fee.

NON-FURNITURE ITEMS

Non-furniture items in perfect condition may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 5 days. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. Returns or exchanges made after 5 days are subject to a restocking fee. If a customer alters their merchandise to facilitate delivery or installation then the decision to accept the merchandise as a return or a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be subject to a delivery fee.

FLOOR MODELS / AS-IS ITEMS

Floor models or as-is purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING POLICY

studio b has a 40,000 square foot distribution centre that handles the shipping of all of our product. studio b will personally deliver or arrange delivery across Canada and around the globe.
